El podcasting consiste en la creación de archivos de sonido (generalmente en formato mp3 o AAC y en algunos casos ogg) y de video (llamados videocasts o vodcasts) y su distribución mediante un archivo RSS que permite suscribirse y usar un programa que lo descarga para que el usuario lo escuche en el momento que quiera, generalmente en un reproductor portátil.

Gracias a la tecnología, actualmente, cualquier persona, sin importar dónde viva ni cuán apretada sea su agenda laboral, puede descubrir la magia de un nuevo idioma a través del uso del podcast. Y no se confunda. Para acceder a estos servicios no es necesario pagar ni invertir en costosas tecnologías. Cualquier aparato con capacidad para reproducir archivos MP3 sirve, así como una conexión banda ancha a internet para realizar las descargas de audio.

I love the sound of running water, especially that of a thunderstorm or the ocean surf and a water fall.

The recording of this particular waterfall is very soothing and relaxing for me.

I always remeber the first time I went to "La Gran Sabana" in Bolivar State, Venezuela. You can find some very nice water falls on your trip.
